All devices are of high-grade manufacturing to withstand the hostile process surroundings. Sensors are immune against chemical solutions, magnetic and static interference, machine vibration, ambient light. The optical detectors have automatic intensity compensation. All sensors can detect yarns as fine as approx. 5dTex.

Typical application are for man-made fiber yarns and Industrial yarns but also for staple yarns, e.g. cotton, wool, man-made fibers, glass fibers

We offer sensor solutions for most textile yarn processing machinery, e.g. POY, FDY Spinning, Drawing, Texturing, Winding, Warping. We are also conversant with most Textile Machinery makers worldwide, including Japan, China and India.

YARN TENSION SENSORS for Yarn Processing Application

We provide high-grade yarn tension Sensors designed and manufactured with a team of over 25 years of experience and products which are already accepted by many of the textile machinery makers worldwide. Apart from sensors for the man-made fiber yarn processing, we also offer sensors for staple yarn application in winding and related areas. All sensors are factory calibrated and do not require any further calibration during their operation. We offer standard and custom designed sensors.
